STR does not provide product install services.
Customers choose and directly contract with their preferred Independent Install Contractor.
STR partner with and refers customers to STR Listed Independent Contractors within the roof project region to install STR products.
STR Listed Independent Contractor:
Operate independently and separately from STR.
Function in solid professional standing for a minimum of five years within the coverage area.
Perform Manufacturer and Industry Qualified installation services.
Provide a minimum five-year labor warranty on all workmanship.
Operate under valid State/Province Contractor License.
Provide surety bond and business, workmanship and safety limited liability insurance
