STR does not provide or warrant installation contracting services.
STR products are intended to be installed by Independent Industry Qualified Contractors/People
who are responsible for providing the Labor Workmanship warranty separate from the
Manufacturers Material Performance Guarantee. View.Warranty and Guarantee.
STR has experts available on hand to provide telephone or live on site video conference product installation support to Independent Contractors and others..
For product warranty purposes installations must be performed in accordance with the product manufacturer’s written Roof Tile Installation Instructions and National NEC, TRI, ASTM & CSA guidelines and Local building regulations.
End users have the flexibility to select their preferred local accredited Independent Contractors or
STR may refer STR listed Independent Contractors to install STR products.
STR may refer STR listed Independent Contractors to install STR products.
STR Listed Independent Contractor:
Operate independently and separately from STR.
Perform in solid professional standing for a minimum of five years within the coverage area.
Perform Industry Qualified installation services.
Provide a minimum five-year labor warranty on all workmanship.
Maintain at all times:
Valid State/Province Contractor Operating License.
Business Liability Insurance , Bonded.
Workmanship limited liability insurance and Workers’ safety insurance.
